Here’s one more picture of Devon and I before the run.

Devon's First 8K Run

Devon and I "ran" the 2011 Brenda Ladun 8k Conquer Cancer Run this past Saturday. We did run at the start but with my healing stress fracture and Devon, well, being Devon, he ended up riding on my shoulders for the majority of the run (5 miles). We did finish, and not last, in a little less than an hour and a half.

I was real proud of Devon. The pictures of him were taken almost at the end of the race. I believe we had about a mile left to go. You can see he's not all smiles; but, when it was all over with, he said he had a lot of fun.

Mason's FIRST Birthday

Hard to believe a year has already past. Happy Birthday Little Man! As you can see, Mason thoroughly enjoyed his cake.
